1️⃣ Quantity Surveyor (Civil Building Project)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in civil building projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents
- Conduct cost analysis and budget control for large construction projects
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare contract documents
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost efficiency
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
- Advise project management on contractual and commercial matters
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and procurement procedures
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and building regulations
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Added Advantage:
- Experience in managing high-rise or large commercial/residential building projects
- Membership or registration with a professional board will be an added advantage
