2️⃣ Site Foreman (Civil Building Project)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years practical site experience in building construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and materials effectively
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality control
- Monitor progress and report to Project Manager
- Ensure proper use of construction equipment and tools
- Resolve site challenges efficiently
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documents
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
- Ability to manage workforce and maintain discipline
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills
Added Advantage:
- Experience in supervising multi-storey or large-scale building projects
- Ability to work extended hours when required
